检查给定字符是否为按当前安装的C语言环境分类的字母字符。在默认区域设置中，下列字符为字母：

大写字母ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ

小写字母abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz

在除"C"，一个字母字符是一个字符std::isupper()或std::islower()返回非零字符或区域设置认为是字母的任何其他字符。无论如何，std::iscntrl()，，，std::isdigit()，，，std::ispunct()和std::isspace()将返回此字符的零。
