检查给定字符是否为按当前C语言环境分类的字母数字字符。在默认区域设置中，以下字符为字母数字：

数字%280123456789%29

大写字母%28ABCDEFGHIJKLMNOPQRSTUVWXYZ%29

小写字母%28abcdefghijklmnopqrstuvwxyz%29

如果ch不能表示为unsigned char不等于EOF...

参数

ch	-	character to classify

返回值

如果该字符是字母数字字符，则为非零值，0否则。
